Online Coaching: Phase III
This delicious and easy recipe I absolutely love. Great for days when you’re stuck in the house and want to snack all day you can make it mild or spice it up!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can chili beans (+ 1 can water)
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes (mild or medium depends on how you like your “kick”)
- 3 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 or 2– 1 pound bag frozen mixed veggies
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 sweet onion chopped
- Dash or two of Chili powder
- (Optional–1/2 cup uncooked Quinoa)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook ground turkey and onion in skillet.
- Combine all ingredients in crockpot
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4, stirring occasionally.
